Always felt very comfortable and procedures were also high quality. The rooms and space might not be the most luxurious but the staff makes up for anything you might want to criticize. From reading the other comments, I would confirm that you do pay for the luxury and convenience of getting these treatments on Byres Road, there are lots of cheaper places. But I like it here and I keep going back, the waxing and nail treatments and facials I have all tried and they are all very good.
