On this occasion, Michael at Glasgow High Street has been amazing from day 1; even before we needed his mortgage services he was available for advice and always replied at lightning speed. He does really go above and beyond, answering queries early morning and and late at night. All staff there are great at staying in touch with updates and letting you know what's happening at each stage, they make the slightly scary process seem smooth and easy.
