  On first glance on arriving parking is poor and is reserved for the elite rather than patients, I was looking to registrer as I had moved from Barrhead to mosspark and this was the closest practice, rather the traveling to Barrhead health centre, I had called the day before about registering and on arivng reception looked quite with only one person in front of me , however there was three staff on and all seemed to be busy with with there own work, after a unnecessary wait, was finally spoken to and i felt like I was interrupting somthing I was spoken to in a sharp tone came accross very rude as the conversasion continued a explanation was given on how I had not brought two addressed letters i only had one and a driver's licence with my new address on it wasn't acceptable or a passport, I didn't really understand how a driver's licence with a photo and name and address isnt acceptable when its widely recognised anywhere else, That aside very unhelpful and unfriendly reception staff that only leave you with the impression that they have enough patiants, very unprofessional attitude especially when you consider this is a doctor's surgery dealing day in day out with the elderly and vulnerable patiants
