- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First class service from Boots. I went to Boots to get lenses replaced for my elderly mother, She was just out of hospital and recovering from pneumonia so rather week. I took her new prescription to Boots to get the lenses in her glasses change. The dispensing optician explained that my mum really had to be their because they were varifocals and needed to measured on her face. When I explained the situation with regards my mum's health they immediately offered to come her house and measure her for her lenses. They even delivered them and fitted them when they were ready.
